HOW TO USE:
- Run a hot bath; pour the bath mixture into a muslin pouch or directly into the bath as the water is running.
- Or boil water in a kettle on the stove, add bath mixture and stir; let cool and pour directly into bath water.
Set your intention. Add your energy to it. You can speak your intentions or affirmations aloud as you add the herbs to the pot or into the bath. I put my energy into it, and you must, as well.
To reap the greatest skin benefits, soak for at least 30 minutes. Relax, release—enjoy this time alone.
